UK Standard Service
You should receive your order in approximately 2 to 4 working days. My working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that if you place an order after 9am on a Friday your order will be downloaded on the following Monday and in that case, Monday will be the first processing day.
Priority Service
I aim to dispatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders received after 9am. Your goods will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class or a similar service, such as a courier. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions on some products.
Special Delivery
I aim to dispatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders received after 9am. Your goods will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery that guarantees delivery before 1pm on the day after dispatch (by Monday if dispatched on a Friday). It is available to most areas of the UK. Special delivery is not available for same day dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions on some products
Delayed Mail
The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting me. This is the timescale quoted by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery
