Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, items purchased by mail order may be returned, providing you notify me within fourteen days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered.
You must advise me that you need to return an item, prior to sending it back, as I may be able to resolve the issue through alternative means.
I am are not able to accept returns for cut fabrics or made to measure items unless specifically pre-agreed.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. If they are not, I will not be able to issue you with any refund.
Goods must be returned within fourteen days of the cancellation date.
I will issue a full refund less any voucher value or discount that was applied to the order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to me unless I have delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Your returns should be well packed and clearly labelled with the reason for the return and sent to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, I cannot offer compensation.
Please remember, proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Any returned goods must be in saleable condition, as detailed above.
