Welcome to our new email list subscribers. What a busy month it has been.
It has been a really busy month, with the sale and the first of the subscription boxes going out. This has been a first for me, and I am busily developing some systems to help me keep up.
I always use Royal Mail for my parcels as I have had poor experience as a customer with some of the others. Postage is free on orders over £50 unless it is a really heavy or bulky parcel then I will ask for a contribution to the cost.
This month’s special offer is 10% discount on all orders over £30.
Last month I had a tombola where all orders ending in a 0 or a 5 were entered into a draw. The winner was Joan from Matlock and she will receive a £25 Marks and Spencer voucher. Thank goodness it is valid on line too!!!
The website is being refined all the time and I am working my way through the inventory and entering details like colours, designer, style etc so that in future you will be able to enter something like ‘yellow’ into the search at the top right hand corner of the web page and it will bring up all the yellow fabrics. There are over 2000 items on the site and I will have to do it one at a time so it will take while.

The Bella Solids quilt along begins in February and the kits and first block of the months will be going out this month. There are still a few left have a look on the site and if it says sold out give me a shout and I will let you know if it is possible to fit you in. I have made the first block and done extra instructions for it. I am looking forward to seeing them all come together. The first block is 36” sq !!! It is the biggest block in the quilt which will measure 99 x81.
There are 3 Aurifil 50wt subscriptions left so don’t miss out. Each month you will receive a free block of the month from an international quilter together with three lovely reels of thread.
Here is one of the first Blocks completed by Helen. It is only 16 inches square, she must be very patient.

Oh and just in case you need them remember I stock Schmetz sewing machine needles now only universal and embroidery but at £2.50 and £3.50 respectively add a pack to your order if you need some.
